For eight seasons Greg Spence has been the producer in charge of post-production for one of the most ambitious TV series of all time: Game of Thrones.

Since 2011 the Game of Thrones-crew has produced ten hours of high-end TV-drama every year. Ten hours full of cinema quality visual effects, competing with the biggest Hollywood blockbusters. Spence is joining the Nordic Media Festival to talk about how they plan, budget, and streamline the making of a TV show that costs over 15 million dollars per episode, and why this is relevant for productions with more “nordic” budgets.
