Sam Dubberley

Sam Dubberly is an expert on digital verification of war crimes and human rights violations, and has woked a decade with developing open-source investigations. Today he is responsible for Human Rights Watch’s digital investigations and have previously been the leader of the Amnesty International Evidence Lab. He has published research on open-source and was the co-editor of the book Digital Witness (2020, Oxford University Press). In addition he is a fellow of the Human Rights Center at the University of Essex.
